The voting period to select the winning blogs is open from March 15th until April 14th. La cadena de radiotelevisión alemana Deutsche Welle viene convocando desde 2004 los Premios The BOBs a los mejores blogs, unos premios internacionales que se reparten en varias categorías. Este año son seis categorías temáticas ( mejor weblog , mejor podcast , mejor videoblog , premio reporteros sin fronteras , blogwurst y categoría especial cambio climático ) y once categorías por idioma, incluyendo por supuesto Mejor Weblog en Español . El pasado lunes 15 de marzo se publicó la lista de los once blogs nominados al premio en cada una de las 17 categorías, candidatos preseleccionados por el jurado de entre las 8.300 propuestas presentadas. A partir de ese día y hasta el 14 de abril está abierto el plazo de votación para seleccionar a las bitácoras ganadoras.
